Our dedicated team delivers comprehensive hospice and palliative care, ensuring that those facing terminal illnesses receive not just medical treatment, but unwavering compassion and support. Through advanced pain management, personalized emotional counseling, and meaningful spiritual care, we bring comfort and peace to both our patients and their loved ones.
Many patients choose to receive care at home. We provide compassionate support in homes, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
We customize care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient and their family, ensuring personalized support.
We provide coordinated home care, offering medical support from medical doctors, regular nurse visits, assistance from hospice aides, social workers, and spiritual care from a Pastor or Chaplain.
Our palliative care focuses on comfort and quality of life for those facing serious illnesses. We ease pain, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support, helping patients and families navigate challenges with dignity and care.
A life-limiting illness affects the entire family, not just the patient. Our hospice home care team provides more than medical support. We offer emotional and social care, helping you navigate grief, find closure, and begin healing with compassion and guidance.
Hospice care is available to patients with a terminal illness who decide to stop curative or aggressive treatments. A clinical evaluation and nursing assessment will determine their eligibility.
Medicare Part A fully covers hospice care under the Hospice Medicare Benefit. Choosing hospice care does not restrict a patient from using their Part B benefits, meaning they can still visit healthcare providers for conditions unrelated to their hospice diagnosis. For example, a patient receiving hospice care for breast cancer can continue seeing a podiatrist for an ingrown toenail or an endocrinologist for diabetes management. Hospice services are intended to complement existing medical care, not replace it.
